Steps to Register

1. Go to the portal website: https://portal.mythrivebh.com/
2. Click “Help, I can’t sign in.”
3. Enter your email address (DOB is not required-it is only used for patient verification) and click Reset.
4. Check your inbox as well as your junk/spam folder for the password reset email.
