supervision

New therapists routinely have questions, need training in new skills, and benefit from both positive and constructive feedback. It is important this all happens in the context of a supervisory relationship that is safe, trusting, and allows the supervisee to show up as their authentic selves. Thrive supervisors gain supervision skills through frequent in-services on a wide range of supervisory topics from experts in the field with focus on responding to each supervisee’s unique needs.
