I have the best Therapist and psychiatrist working with me, I appreciate everything they do for me!
March 2023
My therapist is definitely a perfect fit for me. She cares, she informs, she’s a great listener and gives me great ideas and we talk about bettering myself. She never lets me down.
January 2023
Over the past 2 years my therapist has help me through the worse weeks of my life and the best times. She has taught me how to deal with my depression and anxiety through deep breathing and grounding tools I can use for the rest of my life. Therapy is not just talking about your problems. It’s about finding ways to help deal with them and having someone you can trust, feel comfort in talking about everything with And not judging you. So I just wanna say thank you to thrive for pairing me with the best therapist.

Continuing Education Courses

Please join Dr. Liz Ressler, LCSW-C as we learn how to best support our clients by better understanding the power and privilege we have as therapists. The goal of this training is to learn about the cultural proficiency continuum, the various aspects of one’s identity, as well as implicit biases and microaggression and how they play a role in our therapy practice as well as how we interact with clients. This training meets the requirements for the 3CEU on anti-oppressive practices for social workers. If you are interested in attending a training or partnering with Thrive to offer a workshop, please contact Jesse Callan, Director of Professional Development.
